The Ministry of Defence has announced the winners of the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Awards. The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Awards is the highest award for organisations that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant.

The award scheme has seen an increase in participation since it launched in 2014.
Defence Secretary Sir Michael Fallon said:
