Mabway provide manpower support to the MoD for a multitude of pre-deployment exercises, career courses and hybrid training exercises. We are looking for service leavers and reservists both men and women who have a set of skills and values that only service life will provide:
We need people who are fit, active, robust and can operate current in-service small arms weapon systems.
The roles start with basic role player from which we select our management chain of command and will cover simulating demonstration troops, conventional enemy forces, insurgents, and key leaders of foreign countries as well general civilian population. Service Leavers with debillitating wounds are also required to compliment our casualty simulation team.
Mabway are winners of a gold award from the Defence Employers Recognition Service and are a long-established employer of reserves and service leavers for many years.
