Providing support for on job training
In addition to Mabway's engineering training programme design & delivery services, we offer support to clients and their staff through oversight of On Job Training and staff mentorship. In our experience, task book training can be effectively utilised to balance out skill fade whereby staff undergo longer and more systematic periods of academic, practical training and assessment.
Mabway can provide on site training coordination and remote follow-up training sessions with staff, as well as outright mentorship, to those who have undertaken often rigorous training programmes. Our support is designed to enable your staff to fully develop their learned engineering skills in a practical setting, with the benefit of added feedback and task assessment.
The Mabway maritime project team is highly experienced in upskilling maritime staff and enabling the competent application of learned topics in the workplace across engineering disciplines in a maritime and naval setting. We offer blended learning solutions to balance instructor-led tuition and oversight with computer-based training.
