Mabway has been supporting naval and maritime training since our inception in 2004. We offer training in marine engineering systems & equipment from apprenticeship level through to senior staff requiring specialist training services. Mabway is an EAL recognised training provider and qualified to deliver complex engineering training solutions on behalf of our industry partners.
Mabway is committed to providing first class service levels. We work with our clients to determine training needs through gap analysis and creation of a dedicated training package to fulfill those needs. Mabway will deliver academic and practical courses from a short course of modules right through to a complete training pipeline of courses. We are repeatedly selected by our customers for our depth of knowledge, flexibility, innovative training programmes and cost-effective solutions.
What we can do for you
Mabway offers a full range of technical training and support services depending on our customer’s needs. Our maritime project team will work in collaboration to design and deliver bespoke engineering training solutions across a variety of marine systems and equipment fitted on a wide range of commercial and military ships. Our services and training solutions also apply to large yachts and recreational vessels, on which we regularly provide consultancy and short-form training.
Mabway is experienced in delivering crew familiarisation training for newly fitted equipment and systems during vessel updating. We carry out detailed training gap analysis to assess the implications for operation and maintenance of the newly procured equipment. We will then design, define and exercise new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly procured marine systems and equipment. This will ensure that existing crew knowledge and skill level is sufficient to operate and maintain newly installed systems and equipment both safely and effectively.
