Our History
Founders Mark and Anne O'Reilly, established Mabway in 2004 and the company quickly became successful in the provision of courses for first aid, dynamic risk assessment, and safety-critical communications into the railway sector.
People ask Mabway, 'what do you do?' We respond with 'what would you like us to do?' If we can 'make a better way' we work in partnership with our customers and suppliers to deliver a robust training or manpower solution.
Today, Mabway has grown into a comprehensive company with several offices across the UK, a 1000+ workforce, and services reaching into Europe and the Middle East. We work with the defence sector to manage large-scale specialist role-playing environments which simulate real-world training and provide technical engineering education for naval and maritime communities.
We are proud to be recognised by the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme as a Gold Award winner, and as we grow, we will continue to find new ways to support those who require manpower and management expertise.
